Currently we are looking for people for the following roles.
1. Senior Leadership Support Intern
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized senior intern to provide invaluable support to our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing projects and programs by FootPrint Centre for learning in collaboration with Government departments, PSU's, major foundations, global organisations like UNICEF and large school systems in India.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and logistical support to the leadership team.
* Assist in management of projects involving collaborations with large organizations.
* Contribute to the development and execution of project plans.
* Manage communications and correspondence with partner organizations.
* Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
* Attend meetings and take detailed minutes.
* Research partners and prepare key insights and data to effectively contribute to meetings.
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in like Education, Business administration, liberal arts, social work.
* Minimum 6 months commitment (flexible start date).
* Ability to dedicate 10-12 hours per week.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience working with large organizations or foundations (preferred).
* Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the world.
The ability to work on other projects concurrently is acceptable.
2. Footprint Film Festival Intern (in Delhi)
FootPrint Film Festival is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic intern to assist in the coordination and promotion of our annual film festival in Delhi & Kolkata in
2026-2027. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience
in event management.
Responsibilities
* Assist in all aspects of festival coordination, including logistics, scheduling, stakeholder & vendor management.
* Support the marketing and promotion of the festival through various channels.
* Help with on-site event management during the festival.
* Assist with registration, ticketing, and guest relations.
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., film studies, liberal arts, event management, marketing).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Enthusiasm for film and the arts.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Availability from August 2026- March 2027
Compensation
Honourarium and certificate of completion.
3: Social Media Content Creator Intern We are seeking creative and engaging social media content creators to manage the online presence of the Footprint Centre for Learning and our annual film festival. This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills in social media marketing and content creation.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a social media content strategy.
* Create engaging and informative content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, website, YouTube etc.).
* Manage social media accounts, responding to comments and messages.
* Monitor social media analytics and report on performance.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and initiatives.
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or have recently graduated, preferably in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, digital media).
* Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
* Strong understanding of various social media platforms and best practices.
* Excellent writing and visual communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Minimum commitment of 3 months (flexible start date).
* Ability to dedicate 5-6 hours per week.

Volunteer Roles Available
Managing and Coordination: Help ensure the smooth running of the festival by assisting with event logistics, guest management, and overall coordination.

Anchoring: Take the stage and be the face of the festival! Help host events, introduce films, and engage with the audience.
