She has been a broadcast journalist and independent filmmaker for over 15 years. She has also been a television channel producer. She has designed and conducted filmmaking programs for students in schools. She has made several
documentaries on art and culture and education.

Priyanjana is an award winning documentary filmmaker and an independent journalist who works on a range of issues, mostly developmental in nature and has over 20 years of experience in the broadcast medium. She has worked in some of the well-known 24-hour news channels of the country, including New Delhi Television, United Television, and was the Chief of Bureau for CNN-IBN in their Bangalore bureau. Apart from actively making films she also shares her experience and know-how with young minds, both offline and online.

Soumitra Das is a Chartered Accountant in Financial and Business Advisory and Internal audit consultancy, having in the past worked with reputed companies in India and abroad. He Advises Rupantar Education (OPC) Private Limited in all finance and business matters.

Sarbari Das is a former high school science teacher and middle school coordinator who has worked in reputed schools in India and the UAE. She loves to work in close association with young school children. She's passionate about films of all genres and is a literature, art and music enthusiast.

Hema is a Teacher Educator, Writer and Podcaster. She treats education as a public discipline and teaching as a social act; her research mirrors these ideals. Her focus spans teacher education, diversity, and language issues in ELT. Her teaching career began over 40 years ago in schools in Chennai, Rishi Valley and Delhi, along with five degrees including a Certificate of Teaching English from EFLU and a Masters in English Literature. Further teaching experience was garnered in English language schools in Indonesia and an international school in Malaysia. Her Ph.D. from the Ohio State University, U.S.A., focused on teacher education with a minor in ELT. For over 20 years in the US, she taught teacher education at Butler University and the University of West Georgia, U.S.A.
She has 120 publications and leads Weavers English textbooks as editor.

Smitten by systems, stories, and structures, Nargis began her journey in literature, earning a bachelor’s in English and working in the field of Marketing. Curious about social inequalities, she completed a master’s in Gender Studies and began writing stories for children. In search of “how to think better”, she joined the prestigious Young India Fellowship (2025)— an experience she still cites everyday. She has presented papers and also worked with festivals including the FootPrint International Film Festival and All Living Things Environmental Film Festival.
